can anyone tell me the full story about the police officer who died ( astoshhed) while trying to defend on girl from raping

Yes that was a very famous and very sad story that happened last March. Major Mohamed Abdulkareem Elmitnawy, 24 yrs old. He was on duty with another officer. they were driving the car on the ring road I believe (eltari2 ela2iri) while they heard a screaming girl in the other microbus asking for their help. He kept chasing the 2 other men in the car who had the girl for long miles at a very high speed. Finally, they stopped and Major Mohamed and the other police officer got down trying to save the girl and arrest the men who were trying to rap her. During the battle, one of the men who had the girl stole Mohamed's gun from him, shot Mohamed in the heart, and his friend who was with him in his shoulder.
It is a very sad story that everytime I saw on tv I cried. He was a terrific 24 yrs old man who was engaged to be married to a very lovely girl just less than one month before he was killed.

What saddens me the most is that the girl he lost his life for is not saying anything. She is refusing to appear on television or newspapers and is refusing to be a wittness and tell what exactly happened. Is that the payback for Mohamed's braveness? Is that what he gets from someone he died defending and trying to save???
Please all pray for martyr Mohamed Elmitnawy. He is a very shinning example and a great role model for all Egyptian youth. May Allah forgives all his past sins and accepts him in his heaven with martyrs.
I hope that damn heartless killer gets the death penalty.
