Yeah, we do like rain and we consider it a source of blessing cuz rain is good for farming and living. I personally love walking under the rain cuz the rain defines one's feelings and accentuates them. If you're happy, you're extra happy under the rain. If you're angey, you're ferious.
The rain is life's special effect.
