After you make all classic visits that anyone can tell you, go and visit Khan El Khalily, city stars, old Cairo area where you can see the Hanging church, Ben Ezra synagogue and Amr Ebn El aas mosque the first mosque in Africa.

you should check out some pyramids and hunt for treasure and beat up some mummies
Fight with taxi drivers, fend off agressive shopkeepers, scream at the scammers, and want to take a real vacation when you come back cause you are so stressed.
