Travel Tips Unfortuntely sharm is expensive but if you swim get yourself some flippers&a snorkel & you can wear yourself out during the day snorkelling ....the beaches are lovely&the marine life is amazing. If your not into clubing then you should have no worries as it is very cheap to eat out, unless your all inclusive at a hotel then you will not have to worry about expense as you will have all your food&drink daily,also most hotels have some kind of entertainment,maybe not every night but at least once or twice a week. If you want to visit Cairo you can go on the superjet for around 90le(that's 90 egyptian pounds)you can negotiate with a taxi driver to stay with you all day & drive you to the pyramids,the egyptian museum,the market(as little as 200le)...stay away from the perfumeries & papyrus factories as this can work out expensive&they are masters at getting you to part with your money!!! In naama bay there is a bar called Panorama that is also a nice cheap way to spend an evening either smoking the pipe or having a drink it is quite reasonable there & the view is amazing. Hope this infomation was helpful & whether you spend a fortune or not i am certain you will enjoy your stay!! Others go to the arabian nights show. its also called leilas its a dance show that is very cheap to get into it starts at midnight and there is an amazing male dancer there called tito. make sure you go when he is dancing (not fridays) its great fun and very reasonable. but dont eat there. there's no such thing. |
