Why do we non arabs love arabic so much?

Travel Info
I am of mixed decent but no Arabic blood in me.

I am FASCINATED like mad about everything arabic. The belt from Syria to Sinai to Morocco is my dreamland. The music, people, language - what a bliss. (I've only watched it on Discovery but the ugly side (as with everything else) could possibly not overshadow the better ones).

I sometimes wonder - is it because of its exoticity(is that a word) that I am madly in love with it. Possibly. But Japan is also as exotic but I don't like it(sorry Japanese friends). So, what is it about this part of the world that is driving me crazy.

Tamally ma'ak and Aisha could be one reason. What else? What else?

Beauty? (no malice) Is it because the women are always seen as a pair of eyes that makes us more interested in them and want to say ente jameel jidd (gameel gidd rather)? Could be. I know. I'm going to Egypt and marry one such bint after I graduate and get a decent job. (Is Hala Gorani arab?)

What else?

I don't know. Antumaa?

That is very nice to hear, you made me feel really proud, although these days Arabs themselves are not so fond of their language and culture, most of our children speak only English considering it to be a cool language, and people are slowly forgetting their Arabic language and following the west in Everything.
Good to know that there are people like you out there, Way to go my friend!!!
woww..
Ahlan wasahlan azizi,,
It is great that somebody that hasnt arab blood says that.
Arabic is a great language........more poetic than anyone else. You can say good morning in english, but wont hear someone saying that wish "your day smell as roses and jasmeens" in english.......will you??? That can be done only in arabic.
Even the arab culture is nice. The diversity that exists over all the arab countries makes the difference.
I'm half lebanese, but my heart is totally lebanese, and am very proud of my heritage. Thank you for your words..
We welcome any one who likes our culture. One thing to remember you can't marry a Muslim girl unless you are Muslim.
This belt.. as u called it.. is special. It's in this part of the world that religions were born. The Arab world is the gateway to Europe and the west, and Africa and to the south with all its "exoticities"...am happy u like our music too..Arabic is a beautiful language...to write, hear and speak in...one of the richest, if not the richest of all languages. I'm glad to be part of all this...and welcome to Egypt anytime.
