Travel Tips Sharm ElSheikh is a wonderful place to visit but very hot in July and August. Magic Life is a good one for all inclusive. Others It is VERY nice place , You have to go. There u will find ALOT of 5 stars hotels which are very cheap i cant adivse you on hotels i have only stayed at 5 star Band B hotels and very much enjoyed it but i can tell you a little about sharm el sheik. it is pretty much a tourist built destination, i have been there a couple of times was there last summer. The old town is somewhat inaptly named as i believe it was built in the 60's while narma bay is a very new complex.It is not a cheap destiniation ansd while some restaurants are reasonably priced others are very expensive. but we found it fun to look around and find some where new to eat at nights. it is also the goverments flag ship town and they are justifiably proud of it but it is not really like the other towns in egypt. you can of course go diving to some of what i understand are the best places in the world and i found the snorkelling awesome. and it is possible to make a day visit to Cairo to see the pyramids and museum. i am sure you will enjoy your holiday there. But If you want to see the old Egypt you must go to one of the Nile towns Cairo, luxor, aswan or Alexandria on the Mediterranean. |
