Nursin in Egypt is Not the same as everywhere else....Nursing is not a high skill job as it is in the west. Its more like a 'medical assistant' is to us here in U.S. U know take your temp, blood pressure, that sort of thing. No 4 year degree, just a course. But then again a 4 yr degree in most any medical type field and in Egypt they call u dr. So its a little off balance.

a friend of mine nursed in luxor, she felt that nurses were not given the credit for their education that the majority of doctors in luxor treated her as a general dogs body and not a person with a good degree from a university.
i am only talking about one person here in one hospital, but on the whole i have found that many egyptians feel themselves that good hospitals and doctors are to be found in cairo.
really there is very good hosbitals that really have good nurses and good doctor and being a nurse in egypt isn't hard job every doctor in egypt have to have nurse... nursing in egypt is really esay job
