Question for the ladies? and gentelmen too!?

Travel Info
Do you believe that biological differences between men and women give some extra features or characteristics (not biological this time) to a gender over the other?
or is it just a myth?
how you women see yourself as a gender in this man's world?

Travel Tips
I suppose you are not talking about physical characteristics, so I will say a myth!

It is proven that there is no statistically relevant difference in intelligence between men and women. Now, I am not sure if there is really a slight difference between some particular intellectual skills (like, who is better with verbal skills or something) and even if there is, whether it is due to biological differences or to cultural patterns and upbringing. But even if there are, those differences are very small, so they make no real difference.

Unfortunately, upbringing makes some difference pretty often. Like, boys are often thought not to cry and show their feelings (which is very wrong), girls are sometimes thought to give males some privileges (which is also very wrong)...

Fortunately, things are getting changed... Slowly, but surely...

Personally, I don't have any problems concerning gender and I don't feel I live in a man's world. As long as I have the same rights as men in front of the low (and I do), it is perfectly fine for me. For anything else, I can take care myself. And I do.

P.S. Some ladies here misunderstood your good intentions because some other men give a bad name to your sex concerning this issue. Anyway, people that know you understand what you mean.
Others
..."In this man's world?????" YOU WOULDNT BE HERE IF IT WASNT FOR A WOMAN GIVING BIRTH TO YOU AND RAISING YOU, MORON.
"in this man's world?" I don't live in a world where men rule the roost... being that you're from Egypt... you probably do.... but in the Western world.... it's pretty much all about equality these days... especially here in Australia.

And biologically or otherwise.... whatever that means.... it's obvious that one sex gets more characteristics than the other.... that's what actually sets us apart as males and females! :)
It's not man's world, It's our worlds (ladies & men) & according to me I am very proud for being a woman & I belive that every gender has its role & as I admit that we can't live at this world without men I am also sure that life can't be without women.
Of course. We women are just bodies with pretty faces and no brain. I'm soooo stupid, I can't even spell my own name without help. Please help me powerful master, for I am but a weak pathetic idiot worth nothing without the pity shown to me by my lord and master the all powerful male.

No, seriously Kalooka, you stuck your head into the lion's den with this question! It's a good thing women can't reach you through their computer monitors, or you would probably be in the ICU now!
I know what you mean, but don't you think that this issue has been discussed sooooo many times? I agree with what Lady said.
However, women in my opinion are superior to men in at least one aspect: You try growing an alien inside you for nine months then try squeezing that alien out! After you've done that come again and tell us what you think about biological differences!

Edit:
Wise heart, by physical power I'm assuming you mean brute strength. If you mean endurance, women are waaaay superior to men in that department! Compare a man's reaction to a minor cut or mild headache and a woman's endurance of the experience of pregnancy and childbirth!
Some days, I do feel like it's a man's world. Some other days, men get PWNT.

Islam says that a man's primary need is for respect, a woman's is for love. Some of this may be hardwired in light of our roles in the production and rearing of children; some of it's learned.

I don't know if it's an advantage, I guess people who see us as still being in a Battle of the Sexes would look for advantages and disadvantages. I tend to think men and women complement each other, balance each other out.
I'm not a scientist and I didn't read researches on that topic. My opinion can be right or wrong and I try always to say it when it comes also to women rights.

I can see you have been misunderstood, but not your fault. I think it's the media in some countries or lack of information. It's our fault too that we don't tell others about what we have in a simple way. It's not your question, so I keep it later.

Back to the question; I believe they are different but equal. I hope they get me right. Men may have less emotions and more physical power. Women may have less ability to control feelings while men less ability to direct their physical power in a better way. These are examples that men and women are created fairly to suit their duty in the life cycle.
It's not an easy topic to be discussed in short lines any way. Many books, articles and TV's are discussing this topic since few last years.
One last thing. I hope that people know how much women have rights in Egypt now and still getting more till the extent that men are worried about their rights now.

You see I star good questions as you did
