I have sent a invitation to my friend in Egypt to visit me in the U.S. I enclosed bank statements, and house p |
Travel Info we met on line a year ago. We are both mature adults. Travel Tips Invitation will help, no need to send anything else. It really boils down to his papers. If he is able to prove that he has a stable job that pays a decent income, has assets to come back to, then getting the visa should not be a big deal. Others Unless you are extremely lucky.....say goodbye to your bank account! Sounds like a typical online scam to me. Good luck! Why would you send bank statements to a friend? None of my friends need to review my bank statements. I don't think my Fiance' has even seen my bank statements. Oh..and exactly what is the question here? The issue with the consular officer interviewing him/her for a visa will not be your solvency. In fact, if there is reason to suspect romantic involvement, your invitation may actually be a negative factor. What will be relevant will be your friend's, as well as other ties he has to Egypt, eg, a good job. The issue is whether he has strong motives to make him return home after a short stay. why does it matter how much you make or pay for your house to have a "friend" come visit. I just got back from a lengthy stay there and their economy there is so poor that even those in the "middle class" here seem rich, I would NOT base a relationship on money, it is too easy for someone to fall for the promise of a better life rather than fall for you..... BE CAREFUL... plus Eqyptian men are DOGS when it comes to sex, they will make you believe you are evrything and then do the same to someone else and then someone else and then someone else I had over 50 Eqyptian men profess their undying love to me within minutes of meeting me.... it is widespread, BE CAREFUL If you did that for his visa, that was a mistake coz they are looking for his bank statement and from your side the invitation. The right way to know what they need to help him go to you is to contact the embassy directly and know from them. I hope this is an answer to the question you didn't ask. What exactly are you asking??............I get the impression that you are concerned, which you should be, about the information you sent your friend, i suggest you log onto egyptianembassy.org.cy/visas.h... & someone there will be able to inform you what is actually required. A little worrying to "close the stable door once the horse has bolted" but hopefully you will not be the subject" foal play"!......... I sincerely hope not-good luck!! |
