My train transits by Florence from early morning till noon. What should I visit in this short time?

Travel Info
Preferably nearer to the city centre (the area of SMN train station). I know about the duomo, which I plan to go first and foremost

Travel Tips
Piazza Santa Maria Novella (and the cathedral itself) is very close to the train station and is very cool. The leather market adjacent to San Lorenzo cathedral is not far either. Obviously, Il Catedrale del Santa Maria Del Fiore is a must see, as is the baptsitry and tower by Giotto (all in Piazza del Duomo), Galleria dell"Accademia (where Michelangelo's David is located) is only 10-15 minutes walk from the Duomo. Florence is a very compact city centre, you could walk from the stazione to the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi in 20 minutes tops. Granted you dont have a ton of time, but everything is so close together you could see a lot of awesome artistic, architectural, and historically important stuff in that time.
