I was born in Schwienfurt, Germany in 04-11-1970 and I am looking for information and help on being able to locate a birth certificate. If there is anybody out there in which can help me please do so. Any Information in which you think may be hlepful would be appreciated.

I've done it! go on the Internet...look up telefonebuch.de and get the phone number from the Standesamt in the city...then just call them....make sure you speak German with them...they kinda get real upset is one English word slips out!!! lol good luck....
