Ghanaians living in Kasoa, Central Region?

Wondering, what are my chances of coming to Kasoa this summer and having 24/7 residential internet access without suffering from power outages every couple of days? Just what plan must I put in place and how much will it costs me total(formally not counting bribes)? i have a 3bdrm/2bath compound with the usual electrical appliances and will put up about a 3 laptop internet network to call around the world, especially Britain and the US.
