Is it cheaper to buy a house or build one in yemen? |
Travel Info and could you please give me a rough estimate? thank you Travel Tips well I think its very near in cost but building one is cheaper a bit but though its cheaper, its higher quality , when u build in Yemen you will get better quality and cheaper price , but u have to buy your materials your self and have a contractor for hand work only that is the best choice for you but its alot of time and headache especially in Yemen but if u mean that you are going to build it as a turnkey contract , its better and cheaper to buy a house if u want any further information just email me at roooye@yahoo.com Others bild one because you get wat you want then its cheaper to buy, probably around $30,000-$55,000 for a big house, really big build,depends the features of the house Hello, I just asked a Yemeni brother here at the mosque and he says its probably cheaper to buy one....as they get materials for a somewhat better price as they build several homes. I know when I was in Yemen last summer, you could buy a small place for around 10k us, or a nice 2 story out in the country for 25-30k us |
