how long should it take for the present to get here? she sent it like, 1 month ago. i think. :(

should arrive within another month the latest. If it doesn't, contact your sister and have her contact the post office to track it and see what happened to it but yeah anything that isn't an envelope usually takes longer and the bigger, the even longer it is -2 months to be exact doesn't matter what kind if you use courier express, etc.

ask your sis to give you the tracking number of the parcel and then call 0860111502. its the customer care line for sapo. they'll be able to track it for you.
