the locals are able to find work although with stifle conditions since they're poor. Also this industry is able to bring in some money for each country. Hope that helps.

It was good in that our reserves would have run out long ago, $10/gallon would be nothing. But bad in that it makes some really crazy people with no goals wealthy beyond comprehension.
