Travel Tips I am not sure there's a NGO umbrella group in Libya or Egypt but in Sudan there's something called the NGO Forum for international NGOs and NESI for national NGOs working in southern Sudan: New Sudanese Indigenous NGOs Network (NESI Network / Southern Sudan) http://www.nesinetwork.org Under the umbrella of NESI are 67 local NGOs from all over Sudan, including from ten states of Southern Sudan.
