Drug use in the Middle East is not that common (and some countries have severe laws).

Try Afghanistan or Myanmar....(neither one is in the Mideast).

if you come to my country with heroin you get a death penalty. I do not see drug addicts on the street ever, officially we don't have a drug problem, and from what I can see, I believe it, the laws are so strict regarding narcotics.
Nowhere - the Middle East is rightly very strict about drugs and the penalties are severe.

Instead of trying heroin - grow up or see a psychiatrist.
