I know several organizations but they are specific to certain cities in Indonesia, and they handle specific groups of people. One organization is helping to improve the living of people who work in a dump waste area. Another one in helping Christians who are prosecuted in Indonesia. And there's also an international organization like www.worldvision.org that provide aids to childrens. So, not quite sure whether these are the types that you're looking for.
