Yes. This is not an issue.

But as in any country you will travel to, bringing of more than $10,000 cash means that you have to make a declaration.ofcourse u can ...there is no restriction in tht case.

yes,it's not much so there would be no problem.
absolutely no problem. only restriction is that u have to declare it to customs authorities a. if the amount is more than usd 10,000 or b. if u want to deposit the USD in your bank account
Normally, it should not be a problem if the amount is not heavy. In case of heavy amounts and on having been detected, the immigration authorities won't disallow entry but make a reference to the revenue authorities for needful action if required by them to surface concealment of income, if any.
