Philippines - in a positive way. The Philippine people are temperamentally closer to Latin Americans than Asians, thus making them more irritable than other Asians. Furthermore, the heat in the Philippines coulod also contribute to the Filipinos being more hot-headed. But this is not to say that Filipinos are bad people - in fact, the Philippines is the place "where Asia wears a smile", and is widely considered as the most hospitable country in the world.
