Travel Tips When in southern India....especially if you are in the city of Chennai(Madras)...try a Bus service called KPN Travels or Sharma Travels...You can purchase tickets at their respective offices in Madras. They are located outside Central Railway Station & Egmore Railway station. Please try and avoid ticket touts who operate in this area. The buses are comfortable usually 45 seater with push back seats..there are also limited number of airconditioned buses operating on specific routes. If in Malaysia esp Kuala Lumpur go to the Central Bus Station in Puduraya...You can find busses which go to all part of Malaysia. Almost all buses are airconditioned and are quite comfortable. Then again watch out for the touts. |
