Cheap air tickets but has to put up with flights delay.

I took Air Asia in September 2004 to Bali from Kuala Lumpur with my girlfriend. On the return flight, we supposed to catch a connecting flight by MAS to Senai. This Air Asia return flight was delayed for more than two hours and because of this, we missed our connecting flight to Senai. One hour was delayed for the arrival of the flight in Bali and the other hour was delay in the plane. As our MAS flight was a special ticket which means, once we missed the flight, our ticket will be forfeited. We have to end up purchasing another two tickets at normal price. We manage to speak to the manager Mr Hamzah but he says he can do anything about it and he blame it as our fault. I will not take another Air Asia flight!
