Thailand and vietnam?

hey we are three girls setting off to thailand and vietnam for a month at the end of the summer!what im basically looking for is any advice or tips anyone has!!!!what we'd really love to do is spend like 5 or so days before we head home in a nice beach resort so we can kinda chill out..if anyone has any infor or tips it would much be appreciated!!!

Travel Tips

You will have a good time. Thailand has a lot to offer; but Vietnam is cheaper and friendlier. As for beach I would suggest a cruise on Halong Bay. You can stay on a Junk, swim, eat great seafood and it is cheap. Samson Beach is good, south of Hanoi and the beach at Danang (China Beach) is my favourite.

You will find the food fantastic and in HaNoi have some good Bia Hoi for 20cents American a glass. Cheers
Others

stay in crowded place and never go to down town if you are girl, it is not so save at down town. people may target you for their bad intention. just be street wise.
if you really want to visit some exotic places go and get a local guide.
beach should be a save place for tourist.
Both are equally nice and safe. Just be streetwise!
