It depends on your inclination ...

If you're into shopping, Hong Kong it is.

If you're kinda techie, it's Japan or Korea.

If you're into water adventure like surfing, snorkling and scuba diving, the Philippines it is.

If you're into beaches, Boracay in Philippines, Bali in Indonesia and Pattaya in Thailand are my recommendations.

If you're into culture, I guess your best bet are Japan and China.

And the list is endless!

I should warn you though that I was robbed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I would certainly advise you not to believe these so called travel writers. The best information is an information first hand. I had believed these travel writers before that Malaysia is safe for tourist. My first hand experience tells me otherwise.

Some parts of India are cool, Mongolia, Tibet, Japan, China
Me and my family lived in the Orient for 7 years. I would say Thailand, Vietnam and China
