Which country is better to work in, China or Singapore?

Travel Info
I'm in Seoul right now and I'm planning to transfer to one of the countries mentioned. But I don't know which is better with regards to cost of living, profitability, currency power, and economic stability. Hope someone can help me. Thanks.

I am in seoul now too.
Our company was once in Singapore but pulled out, to sve money, and transferred most of those people to ShangHai.
I am now in Seoul because it was a much better option than ShangHai.
Singapore is the MUCH better option, I think.
Government is open and stable. Some of the mind-boggling things that the Chinese government presents with our company are crazy.
Singapore is much cleaner, better quality of living & has the same business mind-set as a western person. Even in seoul, as you know, the business mind-set is uniquely Korean and can be frustrating.
On the surface, before we dug deep, China seemed like a cheaper place to live. And there were more western goods available than in Seoul. (not as much as Singapore though)
But the western goods in ShangHai are just as expensive as they are in seoul.. and at least, in Seoul, I feel like I can get close to or the same price as a Korean in any market.. not so in China. They will tell you straight out: you can afford to pay more.
Singapore is a well-developed country and competition is very intense. Like it or not, most employers look at pieces of paper as something very important. what pieces of paper? Degrees, masters, phDs. If you have them, and it comes from a good university, you won't have much problems. You can have high pay and comfortable living. There are Koreans here, and there are even more Korean resturants, so you won't be too out of place. The currency power is quite high. If i am not wrong, 1 Singapore dollor is around 600 wons.
Singapore's cost of living is high, you can't even own a car if you are not rich. We'll you really don't need a car when living in Singapore. But there are lots of jobs there. The country has a booming economy and they are able to maintain the good quality of life - clean surroundings and low crime rate. I heard the cost of education is quite high.

China's cost of living is way lower than Singapore. There are lots of Chinese competing for the job that you want. Their economy is also growing and very stable now. If you don't know their language, you would have to learn the language to able to get a nice job or to make your chances of being hired higher.

Really your choice.

China is totally overrated, especially Shanghai. Extremely rude people and if you don't speak Chinese you're fucked. Go to Singapore and enjoy life there because living in China will only make you miserable.
