How long would it take to drive from Bangkok to Cambodia. And then also from Cambodia to Vietnam (Ho Chi Mihn)

I'm doing an 8 day tour of Bangkok, Cambodia and Vietnam. However it is a driving tour, so I was just wondering approximately how much time is going to be spent travelling?

If you are going straight through with limited stops along the way you are looking at 7.5 to 9 hours to make the Cambodian Border at Trat from Bangkok. Then another long day of 12-14 hours into Saigon...if you are lucky and traffic bodes well for you. Good Luck and safe trip!
