Thailand has many varied, comfortable and luxurious resorts that you can gt for a fraction of the cost in most of the countries you have listed.

It boast of a world class diving and beach resort in the world, the only one in the Asia in the top 10 world sites in Phuket.

Over in Chiangmai, you get lovely hill resorts. Plus hilltribe villages to visit. And elephant conservation centre.

Plus quite a fair bit more in other 74 more provinces that I can tell you about if you are interested.

I would pick going to Halong Bay Vietnam. Sail and stay on one of the many Junks. Very romantic and lots of fun. Fly to Hanoi and then it is easy to get to Halong Bay. Hanoi is a fun beautiful city that would be good to stay in for a few days too. Lots to see and the food is fantastic.
The Philippine Islands is your best bet.
