Which s.e. asian country is cheaper than thailand?

thailand is getting expensive with the baht appreciation. which countries in the region offer lower costs? by lower costs i mean traveling/tourism/food/hotel costs.

Most others. Cambodia and Viet-nam are marginally cheaper, but if you got a real budget, then Laos is your country. Though it's got no coastline, the country will never leave your mind.
