They makeup for it though;) have you inspected EVERY asian female? Your statement is far too general. Many Koreans and Mongolians have large breasts. Some Chinese have large breasts. It is true that most (non-surgically enhanced) Japanese, Thais, and Filipinas are somewhat smaller, but not all. Many Asian women are physically smaller than Western and African women, so are portionally smaller.
