(web designer is another case) YOu can find Hosting and Domain Plan from those who's Internet service you are using.. you ISP.. they can tell you the rate of a DOMAIN and HOSTING charges of different types of sites... you go to them OR you can buy it online through Credit card.. visit: www.domain.com, www.hosting.com, they are also giving domains and hosting sites with charging very few amount... so i'm finished here..
