I lost my father to a traffic accident in Bali Indonesia last week,how can I find info about it online,help? |
Travel Info I would like to be able to read an online account of the accident in english if possible or any info that I could find online in english would be helpful.......I am here in US and unable to find out any real details about the accident. It happened March 13,2007 and was a motorcycle accident. He had married a woman in Bali and she notified family here with the info,but we were unable to get there for funeral due to cost and time constraints.....So we are left here wondering about the accident and just seeking anything to help with questions and closure....thanks for any info or suggestions..Joe Travel Tips Tabrakan Maut, Dua Sekarat Denpasar (Bali Post) - Tabrakan maut melibatkan tiga mobil dan satu sepeda motor terjadi di perempatan Jalan Gatsu Barat - Buluh Indah - Kargo, Denpasar, Senin (12/3) kemarin pukul 16.50. Akibatnya, pengendara motor dan yang dibonceng terkapar di jalan raya. (Collision involving three cars and a motorcycle happened at a crossroad of West Gatsu Street-Buluh Indah-Kargo, Denpasar, on Monday (03/12) at approximately 16.50. Pasalnya, mobil Suzuki AVP coklat DK 2342 BI, sepeda motor Yamaha Yupiter AG 2769 DE, dan sedan Toyota Corola DK 108 GA melintang di tengah jalan. Posisinya, bagian depan sedan membentur Yamaha Yupiter yang ringsek pas di pantat Suzuki AVP. (The traffic on West Gatsu was stopped for about 10 minutes. Apparently, a brown Suzuki APV, Yamaha Jupiter cycle, and a Toyota Corolla transversed on the street. The Corolla's front bumper hit Yamaha which already crashed onto the Suzuki's end.) Dua pria yang naik motor itu terkapar dengan kondisi kepala dan muka bersimbah darah. Kepala dan kening pengemudi sedan Corola warna putih itu juga mengeluarkan darah segar. Korban dievakuasi ke pinggir jalan, namun tak ada yang memberi pertolongan medis. Berselang 10 menit, polisi datang mengatasi kemacetan arus lalin dan membawa korban ke RS Sanglah. Informasi di TKP, sebelum kejadian mobil Suzuki AVP, Suzuki Vitara dan Yamaha Yupiter datang dari arah utara dan hendak belok ke barat. Pada saat bersamaan, dari timur meluncur sedan Corola. Entah siapa yang salah, tiba-tiba terdengar suara benturan keras. Tabrakan maut terjadi pas di tengah persimpangan Jalan Gatsu Barat - Buluh Indah - Jalan Kargo. Other Travel Tips the best thing you could do is to go there and do some investigation yourself or better contact the police in bali indonesia, i suppose they could give you all the information you need. or if you know the website of the dailies in bali, research on it. this should be reported. I am so sorry to hear that. My condolences to you and your family. The best thing is to go there yourself to see things first hand. Most airline companies offer a special fare for families in distress. Again, my condolences. |
