Madives or Palau?

I'm celebrating my 18th birthday in May. I might not have a big celebration anymore. Rather, I might just go ... somewhere. Anyway, should I go to Maldives or Palau? Or could you give me some other place similiar to those places? I basically wanna be on the beach and be able to go scuba diving! :D

Travel Tips
If u like scuba diving, palau is your paradise on earth. Water is crystal clear and the corals are so beautiful. Palau is one of the best diving spot in the world. Been there and i am in love with Palau instantly.
I have been to bali and maldives numerous times, but i find that Palau is the best.

I went to Maldives 2005, Palau 2003, But i went to Bali 5 Times already, within three here my suggestion

Palau it is! When in Palau, take a short flight to Davao or Manila and go to Boracay.

I believe Asian Spirit flies between Palau and Davao and Continental Air flies between Manila and Palau.
Palau is nice place for vacation.
