Indonesia is second only by Philippines. SUDI ARABIA most of all their people in their own Opinion only - - a guess.. ok? I guess Cambodia.. at the airport, the visa fee went directly into a brief case, not even a draw or cash register.. at the border in Thailand, you regularly see things for sale, like second hand clothing or overstock stuff that I have been told is donated then sold rather than distributed... but this may be peanuts compared to the pure amt you can get from wealthier countries like China etc - - - but, you know, it might depend on how you want to define "the most"... i'll case my vote for thailand. every policemen, government official are corrupt. |
