Tokyo, Singapore or Seoul??

Travel Info
I am travelling from Brisbane to London in December and am doing a stop over in Asian on the way. Have the option to stop over in Tokyo, Singapore or Seoul. Will be 2-3 days. Which city is the best to spend a few days in and why?

Main interests for me are sighseeing, shopping, nightlife plus needs to be safe as I will be alone.

Travel Tips

Definitely go to Singapore, the experience I had there was absolutely amazing! Since you're concerned with safety, I'd like to point out that Singapore is one of the safest places I've been to. It would be absolutely no problem if you were to take a walk two o'clock in the morning. I know that they have great nightlife and lots of shopping centers. Transportation is also a plus since public transportation in Singapore is cheap yet sanitary. Not to mention, they have fantastic food from all over the world there, and they're not even highly priced.
Not quite sure if you speak any other languages, but you'll probably have no trouble with communication there since english is spoken by basically everyone there. (the accent is rather strange though, you will see ^^ )

Tokyo no contest.
Well, I've done Tokyo and Seoul....so let's go to Singapore. I hear there's lots of fun places there.

For sightseeing, I'd go to Tokyo. (Seoul would be my second choice)
For shopping, all of them are good places.
You can find nightlife in all of these cities, as well.

Tokyo is the largest city in the world, and there is a lot of modern and traditional things in Tokyo.

I suppose if you chose Singapore, because it is a small nation, you could see most of its sights in the 2-3 days that you are there, which you would never be able to do with Japan.

I don't like to say that one is better than the other, so I just throw out some things to think about, because ultimately, it is your decision, and I am sure you will enjoy whichever you choose to visit!
