What do you think about the ASEAN + 3 Zone?

Travel Info
ASEAN + 3 Zone is a European Union-style union of Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, VIetnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar, with China, South Korea and Japan.

THese countries pledge to have open border travel, single currency, and free movement of trade and peoples in the region.

By the year 2020, this will take place already.

Travel Tips
It is OK so Asians would finally unite with each other and build a strong united supranation in this part of the globe. We can be a superpower if this occurs, since this ASEAN +3 Zone would contain 2/3 of the world's population, 2/3 of the world's living languages, and 2/4 of the world's economy. Tourism would also boom because imagine that if you get a visa for Japan, then you could go to other scenic spots like the Philippines and Indonesia too. It would really make a really cool supranation.
Others
I think it's good. Here in North America, we have what we call NAFTA or the North America Free Trade Agreement where there is a free movement of trade and people but no common currency. NAFTA groups Canada, the United States of America and Mexico.
Why not? Anything to make this part of the world a better place to live in....
