Vanuatu's weather in January?

I really want to go to Vanuatu for my honeymoon in January. I know it rains 20 out of the 31 days in January. What I am wondering is this: does anyone know if this weather is continuous rain, or in the form of isolated thunderstorms. Help, please! Is it worth it to go in January?

On January's....the weather there is considered to be nice and warm aside from periodic rainfalls. It rains periodically but it shines very quick and it's a bit cool at early morning. The sun comes out sometimes and it's like 50% showers and 50% sunshine. Very nice weather and it's worth it. Source(s): Been there
