Travel Info Do you get sharks around the Kuantan beaches?and if so are they man-eating?:)? Travel Tips I had one swim up on me there. It was about three feet long at it bumped its nose against me, it hurt too. It was my fault though, I had a bad cut on my leg that day and didn't put a bandage on it, (my idea was that the salt water would help it heal)..and I was swimming alone at about 6pm. I ran out of the water pretty quick like, so much so, that it was rather embarrasing. I nearby fishermen laughed at me, I said, "Did you see that!!!" He didn't. Actually though I was more afraid one time when a 8' dolphin swam up on me, that was just too big a fish for my liking. Others they all eat man, but the one you gotta watch for... his name Jeffrey no no Beaches in Kuantan is no good compared to beaches in Thailand and Indonesia. Kuantan is so dirty. I heard that Kuantan beaches are not nice. yes you do but they eat mostly fish. |
