Anyone done work experience at the RSPCA?

Travel Info
What can I expect?

Travel Tips
No, but they are a great organisation. Expect lots of sick cats, dogs, rabbits, birds etc.
Others
expect mistreated animals and some of the freakiest members of society
Yeah, but I got sacked for getting too familiar with a Lady chimpanzee in the store cupboard...
as most junior expect lots of shovelling sh*t and small menial tasks
No, but just so you know it is like a volunteering thing so you will not get paid a lot. My mate wants to work for the RSPCA she is training at Nescot but she hopes it will be good. All i do know is that if you go onto the website it helps you lots.

Used to do some RSPCA work and as Fiddy says have met some freaky people who would rather put priority on animals than humans so if you are not an extremist you can expect some rather odd people in this line of work.
