Go to http://evisa.mfaic.gov.kh. The website supports 25 languages. You don't have to queue up at the Cambodia embassy or sending your passport over the slow mail. What you have to do is to fill up a simple form and submit a photo in digital format. You can make the payment via your credit card.

It usually takes less than 3 days to approve your Visa. You will receive an email and instruction to download your Visa. Just print it out and bring it when you travel to Cambodia.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has launched e-Visa, which enables you to apply for a Cambodia tourist visa online. Instead of applying through Cambodian Embassy, all you need to do is to complete the online application form and pay with your credit card. After receiving your Visa through email, print it out and bring it along when you travel to Cambodia.

Validity:3 months (starting from the date of issue)
Length of Stay:30 days. Minimum length of stay is 24 hour.
Processing Time:3 business days
Requirement:A passport validity of more than six months balance at time of entry, a recent passport-size photo in digital format (JPEG or PNG format), a valid credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover).
Visa Exemption:Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore
Countries not supported:Afghanistan, Algeria, Arab Saudi, Bangladesh, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Sudan (Apply your Visa from your nearest embassy or on-arrival at all major checkpoints)

All Foreign Visitors are now able to obtain the Cambodia visa upon arrival at the airport. It is no longer necessary to get the visa stamp at the Cambodian Embassy before your visit. Just prepare the following documents:

1 photos (3 x 4 cm)
US$ 20 Cash for tourist visa fee (Paid directly to the immigration)

Travelers can travel to/from Cambodia by land through Aranyapathet-Poipet Border and Trat-Koh Kong Border of Thailand and Moc Bai - Bavet Border of Vietnam

Cambodia Visa Validity: 30 days from the date of issue, *NOT* from the date of entry.

Visa Extension
Travelers who would like to prolong their stay in Cambodia may extend their visa at the Department of Immigration situated just opposite the Pochentong Airport. The visa may be extended for 30 days at the cost of USD 25.-
Some travelers have reported that the visa extension for another one month was no longer possible, since the middle of June 2000. If you expect to stay more than a month, better get a Business visa at one shot for USD 25 with three months validity.
