Travel Info i want to use Rapid K.L Travel Tips RapidKL is an integrated BUS & RAIL public transportation company in Klang Valley RapidKL is the main service provider of mass public transportation in the Klang Valley via our integrated rail and bus network. We operate the Kelana Jaya Rail Line (previously known as PUTRA) and the Ampang Rail Line (previously known as STAR) together with a network of 161 bus routes. Our integrated transportation network transports approximately 4 million passengers every week with 908 buses and 48 rail stations operating daily. The R109 shuttle service starts at KL shuttle hub, located between Jalan Bangsar and Jalan Tun Sambathan, and ends at the Titiwangsa hub. It passes through places like Telekom, Tun Sambanthan Monorial station, National Muzium, National Mosque, Syariah Court, Dayabumi, Dataran Merdeka, KWSP, The Grand Seasons Hotel, Kuala Lumpur Hospital, Titiwangsa Monorail and Maju Junction. Rapid KL's City Shuttle service plies the Titiwangsa, Maluri, KLCC, Medan Pasar and KL Sentral hubs in Kuala Lumpur. The journey from these hubs to the 15 city shuttle routes takes only a maximum 30 minutes so long as the traffic situation is resonable. HELPDESK AT PASAR SENI RAIL STATION Services provided at our Heldesk at Pasar Seni Rail Station : * Information counter for RAPID KL services * Form acquiring, submission and collection of the Handicapped Complimentary Travel (HCT) Card * Reporting and claiming of 鈥楲ost & Found鈥?items * Submission of Suggestion / Feedback Forms We wish to inform all our commuters that effective 18 June 2007 (Monday), our Helpdesk at Pasar Seni Rail Station will be operating under a new schedule, which is as follows : Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Saturday 11.00 am to 3.00 pm Closed on Sunday and all gazette Public Holidays. And effective 16 June 2007 (Saturday), KL Central Helpdesk will be closed.
