Travel Info I got my Pr granted on 1 jan 2004 and expired 1 jan 2009. 1) must i stay 2 years within this 5 years period, or i can go back anytime before the expiry date? 2) Is it hard to obtain resident return visa? If we have no good job in australia? Travel Tips Hi, I got my PR visa in 2000 and expired in 2005. Getting then a return visa in case of a trip overses is easy. In the meanwhile, you can get in and out as many times as you want. The 2 out of 5 rule is for citizenship granting, where you must live in the country at least 2 years in the last five, and twelve months in the last two years. |
