Why New-zealand it's a good place to live ? |
Travel Info I'm a frog from Bordeaux and I would like move in your countrie. Tell me more about the lifestyle, your occupation ... (+_+) Travel Tips It's a beautiful country , if it's peace and quiet that you want then New Zealands for you , I personaly found it boring.Hi New Zealand's great. I'm working in historic records over here but the hunting and fishing is good in the weekends. pleanty of Deer, Goats, wild pigs, mountain goat, salmon trout etc. The wineries in Central otago, Marlborough, Hawkes Bay are pretty good, You can try our white wines and see how they stack up to your excellent red wines. (Also try the Pinot Noir from Central Otago, it's great). There's nothing better than some freshly caught venison washed down with some great local Pinot. you poor thing...you do not know anything about there...I have been ther for 5 years and the ran away....I have lost my health .when I went there I was young energetic motivated and healthy when I left I was very depressed ...angry and I should say I lost a lot.....their health system is in ruin...because it is a small country most of their top doctors leave for better pay...except Auckland where most of their good specialists are the rest of the country does not have good doctors...they are poorly paid and overworked..all hospitals are public...and there are lots of new graduates who work crazy hours....and GPs are just crap.....so it is a dangerous place to be if you get sick....I suggest not to see any doctor as they might do more harm than good....although you think it is a developed country..the health system is comaparable to south africa or a developing country.... most houses do not have good insulation.....unless very expensive ones....but if you ask me to tell you about NZ I would say the worst part of it is their paople...the main stream New Zealanders....they will look at you as a $$ sign if you are a foreigner....as a small country the number one source of income is tourism and farming....I would say the nature is beautiful and people are cunning....why because they should know how to rip off ......so they know farming and they know how to get money out of your pocket.....I suggest you live there for a year and gradually you will learn all of their tricks....I just tell you one simple example....if you want to buy a ticket to fly....the best thing to do is to book your flight well in advance through internet..other wise most flight agencies are a bunch of rouges....greedy and cunning....when they pick up your french accent they will tell you that there is no seat left...and when they see your frustration they will sell it to you more expensive and then if you are paying by credit card when you swaped you card and have netred your password and i,e do not have any other option they will tell you that there is another 50 $ charge for this and that......you come out with a ticket but you just feel so angry and stupid....as you just could not do anything....then they will tell you how clean and pure they are and how wonderful and gorgeous their land is and how lucky you were just to be there so that you feel like you want to pay them more....they will ask you where you are from? and you naive polite person just think to yourself oh such a wonderful friendly bunch they are while what they actually mean is what kind of person you are and whether the door is open for them to rip off and how they can do this with a range of skills and tricks they have......and if you complain they just say...theis is our land if you want to stay here just open your pocket.... New Zealand is an amazing place! Move to Auckland! so much to do! I live in Rotorua, New Zealand. I love it here. It's beautiful (although tourists complain of the smell lol). They have a slogan for New Zealand, It's where the world comes to play. It's because it's never more than 1 hour to any lake or the ocean, there are beautiful forests to walk and mountains to ski. Pretty much whatever you're into theres something here for you to do. Occupation wise. Well there is everything here like anyother country. Its just trying to find what you want. dont listen to that sebastian guy its not true i live in nz and its a nice place to live in..come to auckland |
