When you move here, and live in Aussie there is no reason you can't buy your own house/home/apartment whatever. that is your choice. You can build your own or buy and existing one. ... however - to get a mortgage - home loan will be hard because you wouldn't have lived and worked here .... you need to wait a few years for that. .. so unless you are rich and can buy a home outright you will be renting for a while. Others Living where? I don't believe someone on a temp visa can buy a house there, for the rest anyone can buy whatever they can afford where? as far as I know if you are not Australian Permanent resident you can not buy a house. |
