Where should i live in Queensland Or in Victoria? |
Travel Info Where should i live in Queensland Or in Victoria? Travel Tips absolutely queensland - sun, sand, beach lifestyle - you can reinvent yourself! Others I lived in Melbourne. It's fantastic! lived there. North Queensland :::: there is no water shortages up here, less traffic hassles and MUCH warmer! http://welcometocairns.com.au I feel that would depend upon what sort of climate you are looking to live in, where you can easily find work along with your family situation. Queensland is tropical and nice but the further north you go, the more likely you are to live in cyclone prone areas. If you are looking for cooler climates and access to snow fields, then I suggest Victoria. The cost of living in Queensland is lower than Victoria, as are the house prices. If you have children and wish them to attend university then you must look at the "reputation" of each university in the subjects they teach. Law & Medicine would be better at Melbourne & Monash universities in Victoria. If they were studying "Asian History & Asian Studies" then either Monash or the University of Queensland are excellent, as is ANU in Canberra. I cannot talk about the standards in other ares because I do not know. If you like the cold, victoria, heat Queensland, but here in Melbourne its a hole. The natural environment is beautifull everywhere though. Also more jobe in Melbourne cause its bigger than Brisbane. |
