Australian Visa ETA on old passport. Passport renewed is ETA still valid?

My question is that I have applied for and recieved an ETA Australian Visa on my old passport but have now renewed my passport. I am travelling on Tuesday. Will the visa still be valid.

I am able to carry both passports (old & new).

I have a UK passport.

Probably not. When we apply for ETA's, they want the passport number. It is all cross referenced in the computer. If your old passport is now invalid and you have a new one, it is most likely no longer good. It takes your travel agent about 3 minutes to issue the ETA on their computer. We do it with every ticket we sell. Check with your travel agent.

it is good to get yourself a good visa , do not wait until you get to australia , ETA , stands for ( Entry ,Trasit, Advise )
it means you know when you arrive in australia , and that would " Yes , 'No" ,
