Travel Info Of course, am talking about dollars from New Zealand. Travel Tips I don't believe you can, unless you are staying in a real dump or paying someone 'board' of $50 a week - unheard of these days - but then you have food, transport, medical etc ..... on top of that. If you are asking if you applied for a permanently residency or visa and would they allow you to stay on that little amount of money they answer would be no. One could spend that amount just on basic needs excluding rent. Beautiful place to be, but there is no value for your dollar. Think again. New zealand is the best country in the world Move there! The rent alone would cost more than $650 you could stay in youth hostels till you get a better job but customs will ask you why you bothered (no offense) the rent on a 2 bedroom house would be $250 minimum this year No way mate. Your rent will more than use that up. even a small one bedroom apt will cost you around $200.00 per WEEK, plus your living expenses, food, etc. You're dreaming if you think you can get by on that $$$ |
