Moving to Aus on a students visa,can I apply for exttension of working hours more than 20/wk? |
Travel Info I am travelling with my husband who will not study but is only given 20hrs/wk of work also. Also, are there any available aid/welfare for foreign students in Australia? Will be moving next month to Brisbane Travel Tips G'day, Yes Fatty... and then got deported halfway thru their study without any degree or certificate, after all the money spent for visa, living expenses etc... Please do not take the risk. I know that the international student will not be able to work more than 20weeks. However, depending on the course done by the international student, the accompanying spouse may be able to work full-time anytime.
