Are you able to move to australia at 16? |
Travel Info yeah, it may sound silly, but my friend/partner is moving to australia, and i have always wanted to aswell, which has made it perfect for me...BUT is it possible to move there at the age of 16?? Travel Tips it depends on a number of things such as. are you two married (you could get a spousal visa then), or would you be able to convince your entire family to move there because you are still a minor. Others legally your parents can stop you but i don't think they will if your happy Not alone no. It's legal to live on your own at the age of 16, so it shouldn't be a problem. I would doubt it very much. You are under the legal age. To start with you would need permission from your parents to leave the country, but to live here permanantly you would need to be more than a friend to move with someone depends on what country you are from 16 is a legal age here to leave home sounds young though to move to another country entirely just to live with a boy or is he a man? you need legal advice - not answers from us contact a solicitor and seek legal advice you need to think long and hard about this you are only 16 have your whole life ahead of you what will you do if you and your friend/patner have a fall out |
