Does anyone know the best way for me to move to Australia with my patner who has a student visa?

My partner and I (currently residing in US) are looking to move to Australia. SHe will be attending Vet. school in Perth. Will I be able to go with simply on the merit of being partnered or possibly married (in canada)? if not, how can I come over for at least4 years?

Yes, you can come as spouse of the international student and you can live in Australia for as long as your spouse study in Australia. I've attached the weblink from the Dept. of Immigration below.
