It would be a good idea to get seat desagnation when you took or pay for your tickets I like to book a window seat on my longhaul (Auckland to LAX) because I know people won't be clamering over me to use the bathroom etc Others Quantas Not sure. I know El Al has the most nose room. Virgin Adlegtic. It will be the location of seats on the air plane that will determine the leg room, advise you travel 1st class if you want to guarantee a roomier flight. Qantas and BA have the smallest amount of legroom, so definitely avoid them - it is usually around 31". I would recommend flying either with Air New Zealand or Malaysia Airlines who both have a seat pitch of 34", which is the best you can expect in economy. Both are very good airlines with nice food and good service.
